  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized or altered dresses cannot be returned.
  • Innerwear or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible.

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
